Role overview:
Our client a large facilities management company, who are looking for Industrial Site Cleaning Operatives. Our client is going through a period of growth and are wanting to add local talent to their staffing pool.
Purpose of the role:
To provide industrial site cleaning to new build housing sites throughout Swindon and Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Industrial cleaning of houses after the building teams have finished their work
* Industrial cleaning after repairs to houses
* Cleaning offices and different areas within the building site
* Other duties as set out by your line manager
Skills/Knowledge Requirements:
* Must have full license and use of their own of their vehicle
* Previous Cleaning experience desirable but a good attitude and desire is just as important
* Must have their own safety shoes
* Good spoken and written communication
