A long established family law firm based in North Tyneside are seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their expanding team offering a base salary of £48,000 – £60,000plus bonus,

As a Conveyancing Solicitor you will:

* Undertake and supervise fee earning conveyancing work, primarily in Residential, and supervise / deputise in the Conveyancing department.

* Ensure the successful development of the firm in line with the strategy identified in the business plan.

* Administer all aspects of Residential (and occasional Commercial) Conveyancing on behalf of clients.

* Perform fee earning work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm’s quality and risk management procedures.

* Maintain and nurture an appropriate network of contacts and referrers and endeavour to promote the firm in their professional and personal lives.

* Draft letters and legal documents.

* Ensure confidentiality and security of the Firm’s and client’s documentation and information.

We are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor with the following:

* Min 3 years PQE.

* Experience of conveyancing, in particular Sale and Purchase.

* Completed LPC.

Typical working hours are 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, Monday to Thursday with a 5.00 pm finish on a Friday.
