Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year
Our Client is looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for a permanent position based in with a company in Newark, Nottinghamshire. However, this role will involve working on various sites so may involve travel.
You will be required to manage contractors, manage the site material issue schedule and complete all projects to agreed specification and incident/accident free.
Other duties will include liaising with the group Contracts Manager regarding the on-going works, ensuring site instructions are received and complete projects to programme/budget.
Applicants will ideally come from a Modular Building background or similar.
Salary will be in the region of £36,000 – £42,000per annum dependent upon experience.
Applicants MUST hold a valid SMSTS Card.
