Hsqe Operations Manager

Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year

Leading Midlands based company seeks to secure the services of a driven and dynamic Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality or Engineering professional to help drive and grow their business to its next milestones.

You will have a professional background in one of these 5 disciplines, and ideally a blend of 2 or more, with a bias towards the rail and transportation sector. You will enjoy leading, growing and motivating teams but also developing relationships with current and future clients.

As HSQE Operations Manager you will be responsibilities for:

Manage a growing team of 15+ staff in the SHEQ space
Retain and hire other key personnel in line with company growth and development
Develop opportunities within key accounts and new clients
Ensure full compliance with industry codes of practiceYou will have:

Good interpersonal skills – Excellent customer relationship management and development
Able to identify, and then convert opportunities for other work with existing clients.
Ability identify market opportunities to pursue
Strong project management skillsQualifications Required:

NEBOSH or IEMA, QMS or Engineering qualifications at Degree level or equivalent.
