Experienced Recruitment Consultant (Healthcare Sector)

Salary: £30,000 – £78,000 per year

PSL Recruitment Services is currently looking for a senior healthcare recruitment consultant to manage a temp desk within the Allied Health Professional (AHP) sector.

As an Approved National Framework agency endorsed to provide temporary AHP staff to the NHS, the post offers a terrific opportunity for an experienced recruiter to further develop their career and quickly build a large candidate list in a sector that is currently swamped with vacancies.

The successful candidate will need to show relevant recruitment experience, preferably within the AHP or healthcare sectors, be self motivated and show solid prioritisation and time management qualities. Applicants will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills together with a warm and friendly demeanour towards candidates, clients and work colleagues.

The post will offer an excellent basic Salary (dependent of experience) in addition to an incentive driven uncapped commission structure. The role will be supported with administrative and financial staff, together with professional AHP clinicians and other healthcare recruiters.

Based in North Central London (Angel), you will work alongside a friendly, professional and growing recruitment team.
