Salary: £90,000 – £96,000 per year
Are you an Operations Director with a proven track record in Continuous Improvement?
Are you passionate about the Food Production industry?

will be responsible for 3 sites in the local area and be tasked with leading operational teams into a culture of manufacturing excellence.
Accountable for 3 sites, you will make a significant strategic contribution, delivering business objectives, and operational strategy which expands and exceeds the company expectation maximising sales and margin growth.
You will contribute fresh and creative ways of improving efficiency’s, reducing waste and improving profitability.
The role will champion managers and staff to engage and work together in achieving a common goal.
You will be an advocate of continuous improvement and take ownership for driving such culture through the business.
Experience required:
Proven Operational leadership in a Food Production environment is essential
Experience of Continuous Improvement
Lean manufacturing background
Experience of developing managers
Excellent problem solving skills
