Building Surveyor

Salary: £38,400 – £43,200 per year

Flagship have recently registered a fantastic new vacancy a building surveyor at an award winning construction consultancy practice. They are looking to expand the team at their Leeds office due to regional growth and will be looking to take on an intermediate levelled Building Surveyor. 

They will be expected to assist the senior members of the team on a multitude of different projects from inception through to completion. You can expect to be working across a variety of sectors with the type of surveying being a mix of both Technical Due Dilligence (TDD) and Project. The successful candidate should be driven and keen to progress their career, approaching all scenarious with a ‘can do’ attitude.

To apply for this role, you must show the following;

• A RICS accredited degree
• 3+ year’s experience within a Building Surveying practice
• Currently on your APC with a date in mind where you will sit your exam
• Be eager to not only progress yourself but also more junior members (this then leads on to progression towards more senior positions)
