Our client is a one of the most recognisable names in the commercial vehicle industry. They offer their customers leading vehicles in both the LCV and HGV sectors.
They are currently looking to recruit a strategic and innovative Sales Manager to lead their sales team covering the Surrey and Berkshire territories.
They are seeking an individual who has a background of managing sales teams within the commercial vehicle industry and who preferably has experience which covers both LCV and HGV industry.
The ability to motivate, mentor and develop sales executives to achieve pre-defined, challenging but achievable targets is going to be fundamental to success within this role. The drive and determination to succeed will need to be fed down from the manager to the team.
The role comes with a fantastic package with a generous basic salary and the ability to add a considerable amount extra through delivering against targets.
