Technical Sales Manager – Building Products – Specification/Housebuilder – Lucrative Package + Monthly OTE and Annual Profit Share.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Technical Sales Manager: Selling our client market leading range of specialist building products. Targeting architects, housebuilders, local authorities, contractors and back selling through merchants in a consultative solution based sale. Growing sales in your territory through account management, new business prospecting and market sector knowledge, establishing and targeting key accounts.
EMPLOYER: Our client is market leading manufacturer of specialist building products that are well established and part of a larger international group providing superb progression opportunities and training. Well known for industry leading, innovative products.
LOCATION: Field sales covering the South East including: London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex. Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.
CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, enthusiastic field sales professional that demonstrates proven sale success. Our client is looking for a background of Roofing, Insulation, cladding products and experience selling via specification creating the demands with contractors, housebuilders, architects and local authorities.
