Manpower is looking for a Cleaning team leader to join a highly successful Academy in the Bradford area. The academy is looking for a hard-working and reliable individual to join their team. You will play a vital role in ensuring that the school remains a clean and attractive place for both staff and students alike; this forward-thinking and welcoming school are dedicated to bringing out the best potential in each and every one of their students within the best educational environment possible.

As the school cleaning team leader your main responsibilities will include:
*Ensuring a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness across the school is maintained
*Ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to at all times
*Also make sure all other on site cleaners follow these policies and safeguarding regulations at all times
*Ensure the most effective use of cleaning products and resources
*Monitor attendance of cleaning staff
In order to be successful in the role of Cleaning Team Leader you will be a friendly, reliable and approachable individual.
Additionally you are also required to have the following qualifications:
*An NVQ Level 2 in cleaning or a related discipline is essential
*Have previous experience working as a cleaner
*Have good organisational and communication skills
*Have excellent time management skills
This role is offering a Salary: £26,000pa with very attractive holidays (working term time only, 39 weeks per year to include staff training days). This is a part-time role, working 25 hours per week and is an evening shift – you will work 3pm-8pm Monday to Friday.
