We are currently recruiting an Manufacturing Team Leader to join one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of Point of Sale equipment and ancillary products. This role will suit a career minded individual with a proven track record of successfully managing people and production.

The Role-

Organise resources and labour in line with the expectations of the company production plan

Ensure company guidelines and processes are followed

Maintain quality standards in all areas

Ensure Health and Safety company standards are followed

Ensure employees are adequately informed and organised to maximum efficiency

Monitor and control breaks and overtime

Maintain stock levels

The Candidate-

You will ideally have knowledge of LEDs and associated power supplies and heat sinks

Good working knowledge of fabricating with aluminium extrusion / acrylics

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential

Experienced setting up, operating and maintaining low power lasers (100W to150W) used for cutting acrylic would be beneficial but not essential

Excellent organisational skills and an attention to detail

Competency in Microsoft Work and Excel

Ability to understand and interpret basic technical drawings

Able to function and manage a team working to time sensitive client requirements

Comfortable liaising with Production, Sales Team and Clients
