Safer Hand Solutions are working in partnership with Red Industries, a leading waste recycling and industrial cleaning company in the UK, as they grow and develop their £40 million + turnover in recruiting for several Class 1 / Class 2 Drivers at their Stoke-on-Trent and Brownhills depots.

Class 1 / Class 2 Drivers.

Responsible for waste collections, stock deliveries and designated vehicle checks, the Class 1 / Class 2 Drivers will collect and deliver Hazardous Waste throughout the UK in accordance to ADR regulations.

Carry out Hazardous Waste collections across the UK.
Complete and compile all necessary legal documentation and waste labelling.
Ensure the legality of the road and its adequate safer in line with VOSA expectations.
Monitor driving hours to comply with the EU working time directive.
Complete daily vehicle checks.
Liaise with customers on site and provide a professional and polite service. The Class 1 / Class 2 Drivers will need to be fully licenced with either their Class 1 or Class 2 HGV licence plus a valid and clean driving licence.

Experience within a previous HGV driving role.
ADR Licence and experience in packaged waste collections or Tanker Work.
Driver CPC. In return, you will receive:

40 hours per week
