Tpi Account Manager – Experience Only

Salary: £48,000 – £72,000 per year

We’re looking for talented and ambitious experienced proactive TPI Account Manager, having experience in this role is essential as you will be asked regarding your current portfolio

As the experienced TPI Account Manager we are looking for a forward thinking experienced individual to join our rapidly growing business based in Nottingham as part of a very established experienced team with free parking working Monday – Friday office hours in brand new bespoke office where the client can offer flexibility of working from home two days a week and in the office for 3 days a week although due to circumstances you would be working from home full time for the next 6 months and this position comes with uncapped earning potential and an opportunity for development

As the TPI Account Manager your duties will include the following

Managing TPI caseload, working to achieve individual sales targets

Accountability for overall performance and pipeline for your TPI’s covering Acquisitions, and renewals

Account Plan with TPI’s to understand and give visibility of their routes to market, potential value and actions to progress value/volume

Understand challenges and blockers to sales and ensure these are logged, collated and communicated to line manager and wider business

Adhere to agreed service level agreements for the pricing and servicing of TPI contracts

Develop knowledge of the TPI Market, clear understanding of key players in the market with plans In place to improve our share

Identify and understand TPI needs and work with key stakeholders to make things happen
