Senior Creative Designer – Branded Environments

My client is a London based design and ideas driven multi channel agency. They approach the creation of brand stories by understanding the consumers who will be interacting with these spaces and from this how best they can engage and interest them throughout their brand journey and customer experience. They have a dedicated insights team to work with all clients in this area.

They are privately owned and have a team of about 35 full time staff but do employ freelancers in busy periods. They have a fun, interactive office environment and approach projects in a collaborative way.

They are seeking a Senior Designer to join their already successful team. This person must be highly creative and able to work on projects and apply their creativity within different sectors as this agency works across many including Branded interiors, Duty Free/Airports, Commercial and Retail parks to name a few.

• Around 7+ years experience in a retail consultancy (f&b experience also useful but not imperative)
• Ability to lead a team of designers
• Be able to think strategically and set up concept based on trends, insights and customer experience/journeys
• Be very conceptual
• Be able to take a project from concept to delivery, whilst leading a team
• Good hand sketching
• Client liaison and presentation

They have a very low staff turnover due to the favourable working environment, team ethos and the clients and projects they get to work on.

There is a real opportunity for someone to progress to Associate in the long term in within this company.
