Production Operative

We are currently looking for hardworking Production Operative’s to join a manufacturing company for the construction industry. This company will offer on-going work to those who prove themselves and constantly search to better their skills within the temporary 12 week probationary period.

This company is the UK’s market leader in the manufacture, supply and delivery of precast concrete fencing products for all sectors.

Responsibilities of the Production Operative will vary and may include the following:
Cast a variety of horizontal moulds with specific concrete
De-moulding, Cleaning moulds, Preparing moulds for casting
Filling moulds, Trowelling and Finishing product in the mould
Every task will involve very heavy duty manual labouring

A successful Production Operative must have the following:
Hardworking attitude
Be able to work outside in all weather conditions
Previous experience in a similar environment i.e concrete or building is very desirable
MUST be of excellent health and unafraid of conducting constant physically demanding tasks

The hours of work for the Production Operative will be 05.00 – 14.00 Monday to Friday. Flexibility is essential.

The Production Operative’s salary will be £26,000per year on a temporary basis rising to £26,000 per year after 12 weeks are completed.
