They currently have a need for an Experienced Commercial manager who has leadership experience in the successful delivery of a large Power Plant, chemical or petrochemical EPC projects with a view to using this experience initially on a project for a large Waste to Energy plant in the midlands.

The main responsibilities for the role:
Ensuring the delivery and installation of a quality product to budget and specification.
Responsible for developing procurement plans and contracting strategies before working with the legal team to formulate templates for head, subcontract, consortium agreements and for ensuring the application of project remuneration systems involving our Client and supply chain.
Developing and leading negotiations with our Clients and the supply chain covering all aspects of contract execution.
Actively managing client accounts, claims and forecasts
Ensure financial aspects and impacts of contract are clear to all parties
