The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Marketing Manager to join a financial start-up organisation that has seen a fantastic turnover in its first 2 years. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for increasing demand generation through innovative, multi-channel campaigns. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will utilise the full marketing mix including web, social media and events to increase brand awareness for the UK side of the business.

Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager:

* Deliver digital marketing programmes to ensure that company-wide goals are hit
* Creating digital content – focus on SEO, web and email
* Website maintenance -uploading relevant and up-to-date content via CMS
* Social media management – maintain blogs and advertise upcoming events
* Manage the company database
* End-to-end event management, including event operations and creating the events calendar
* Oversee all external communications, including managing a PR agency

Requirements:

* Relevant marketing experience with a particular focus on executing B2B marketing campaigns
* Experience identifying, planning and executing events
* Online marketing experience across SEO and email campaigns
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Exceptional copywriting capabilities
* Adaptable and enthusiastic

The Package for Marketing Manager:

* Salary: £36,000 – £42,000
