We have a great opportunity for a commercial, hands on Marketing Manager to work across two companies within Wilmington Legal: Central Law Training and Ark Group. We are looking for an individual who thinks on their feet and wants to make an impact through implementing new strategies. In this role you will be managing the strategy and implementation of all marketing campaigns for training & events across CLT (1,000 training events, 10 conferences, bespoke in-house training) and Ark (20 conferences, 10 evening networking events) to achieve budgeted revenues.

You will be educated to a degree level with at least 3 years` experience of marketing B2B training and events. You will have working knowledge of e-mail marketing platforms (e.g. Exact Target) and marketing automation. Having at least 3 years` experience of managing marketing staff is an essential. The successful candidate will be target driven, analytical and creative, and have a can do attitude.

For this position you have the choice to either be based in London or Sutton Coldfield. From time to time you will have to commute between our two offices.
