Salary: £31,200 – £36,000 per year
The Company
Continued growth has created a fantastic new opportunity for a graduate Building Surveyor to join this leading national multi-disciplined Consultancy.
The Position
Your duties will include providing technical support for:
- Party wall surveying on a wide variety of projects
- CDM commissions including acting as principal designer
- Health & safety advisors to contractors
- Assisting with asbestos surveys
- Preparing construction management plans
- Carrying out schedule of conditions
- AutoCAD drafting
- General technical support for all building surveying disciplines
The Person
- Ideally you will have an RICS accredited building surveying degree
- Excellent communication skills
- A determination to succeed
- A full driving licence and own transport is essential as some travel will be required.
