Sales Administrator

Salary: £30,000 per year

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for someone who wants to further their career within a Sales Office and Customer Service role to join a well-established and growing company based just outside Cobham.

The company have been great at promoting who they are and what they do and now need a Sales Administrator to join the team and be the point of contact for prospective customers that telephone, email, or contacts them via their webchat service.

Full initial training on the company and what they offer will be provided along with ongoing support while the successful applicant is learning.

Our client has a wide offering, a diverse customer base that includes councils, new build housing developers, members of the public, schools, universities, commercial developers, facilities management companies etc.,

They have grown considerably over the last five years and have some exciting growth plans in place for the coming years that the Sales Administrator will play a key part in.

As the Sales Administrator you will:

• Be the first point of contact for enquiries (phone, email, and webchat).
• Promote the products and services that the company can offer that match what they are looking for.
• Provide that initial positive feeling for the company and what they offer.
• Develop the relationship aiming to build rapport with everyone you speak to.

The Sales Administrator will need:

• To be happy to spend a large proportion of day on the phone.
• To be engaging, enthusiastic, energetic and pro-active in their approach.
• Good administration skills to record all contact for follow up etc.,

The Sales Administrator will:

• Have the full support of the internal team.
• Be trained and supported while they understand who the company are, what they do and the best way to approach incoming calls to achieve positive results.

On Offer is:

• A base salary of up to £30,000per year plus a commission for all confirmed orders.
• 29 days paid holiday (including bank holidays) per year.
