Junior Digital Designer

Our favourite retailer is expanding their current studio team to take on a Junior Digital Designer to assist in the creation of inspiring and engaging web content that is delivered across multiple platforms.

The company are easily accessible from Cheltenham, Cirencester or Swindon and are undergoing a period of continued success and growth. With over 60 stores nationwide and a busy online offering, the team are increasingly busy and so need additional creative resource in order to continue to innovate digitally.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

* Develop online and email collateral in line with campaign concepts
* Building creative campaigns using Adobe Muse
* Support other digital designers on campaigns
* Develop compelling digital experiences
* Design and artwork online graphics and email
* Ensure files saved correctly into studio archiving systems and image portfolio
* Update and inform CS manager on any issues regarding time scales, briefing, systems and production
* Maintain an awareness of the wider digital industry and adapt to emerging trends

The Junior Digital Designer will work under the Lead Digital Designer, and will be designing and artworking for digital platforms.

Key skills:

* Good Photoshop skills
* Creative Cloud Tools
* Working Knowledge of HTML/CSS
* Design or multi media degree (or equivalent)
* Creatively talent
* Experience of web and email design
* Attention to detail and artistic flair
* Fully conversant with Mac hardware, OS, file formats and digital transfer methods
* Able to work on a wide range of projects to tight deadlines
* Experience working with developers, web technologies, web development
* A keen interest in everything digital
