We are currently recruiting a Quality & Compliance Engineer (on a Maternity Cover Contract) for a leading medical device company who specialise within the critical care market. 

The position will be based out of the company’s head office in Croydon and they offer employees the option to work 4 days a week rather than 5 days (if preferred). 

In this position you will be responsible for managing the complaint process, to ensure complaints are correctly logged, reported, investigated, and closed in a timely manner. As well as this you will support responses to the competent authorities and regulatory agencies in relation to adverse events, assist and support any field safety notices or corrective actions generated by the company or 3rd party manufacturers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role in a medical device organisation, or similar

• Familiar with Quality System concepts, practices and procedures (for example, ISO13485, MDSAP)

• Previous experience in Adverse Event Reporting
