Relief Nursing Home Manager – Cardiff / South Wales
£55,000pa basic + Car Allowance + Bonus
37.5 Hour contract

Time Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the UK’s largest Healthcare providers who are currently searching for a Relief Home Manager to provide hands on support and expertise to homes which face particular challenges within the Cardiff / South Wales region. You can expect to work in areas such as Cardiff, Newport, Caerphilly, Mid Glamorgan and Bridgend to name a few.

The successful candidate will oversee the management of an allocated service in the absence of the Home Manager and ensure the service is operating to a high standard on a day to day basis until the Home Manager returns or the vacancy is filled.

You must have Care Home Manager experience, or a management background within a care setting, be enthusiastic to get the job done and be able to adapt and quickly understand complex situations. You must be able to maintain the continuity and momentum of a home during the absence of a Home Manager, or during times of heightened challenges.
