A superb opportunity has arisen for a driven Technical Escalations Manager to join a very fast growing and well backed software house, leading the way within the SaaS / Cloud Computing arena. They are a well-established business with a strong footprint in the market place but with a growing appetite for new markets.
As a Technical Escalations Engineer you will be responsible for reviewing, investigating and managing customer requests through to resolution, ensuring complete customer satisfaction at all times. You will perform diagnostics, raise issues to other parties when required and undertake professional services work to provide full workable solutions to the customer.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a technical support capacity, technical accreditations to support level of understanding and general networking skills including TCP/IP, IP subnets, LAN, and WAN environments. Experience of Windows, provisioning & managing cloud services, Microsoft Exchange or Office 365 is required, as well as an in depth understanding of DNS record types and their functions to hit the ground running.
