This is a smashing opportunity to work for a Lincolnshire top 100 company. This is an FMCG business with a reputation for delivering excellence.

Family owned this company have gone from strength to strength since opening over 3 decades ago. Based in Boston, they are easy to get to on public transport and have free, secure parking on site.

This position has arisen through business growth and the company are looking for a Night shift Supervisor with a string work ethic to join their expanding team.

Responsible for organising the Night Shift Pickers and Loaders, you will ensure orders are picked accurately and on time for the next day deliver. Ideally (but not essential) you will come from an FMCG background as the role is fast paced. The existing team are hardworking and upbeat.

To be successful in this position you will need:

• The ability to work to tight deadlines

• Computer literacy

• Focus on safety including food safety

• Influential, convincing and positive personality

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

There is a good base salary based on a core 40 hours a week plus any other hours required to complete the job, hand over to the following day shift. The operation is 6 days a week, Sunday to Friday.
