Warehouse Operative

This temp-to-perm role is to be a part of the Warehouse team where the main part of your role will be to carry out all general duties associated with the Warehouse, utilising both reach and counter-balance forklift skills. You will have the capability to manage stock control including all stock-taking under your remit. In this fast paced environment you will have the ability to effectively organise and manage all aspects of stock within the Warehouse and also have the passion to deliver excellent customer service with excellent communication skills. To work independently and as part of a team to ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.

• You will be required to have FLT license for both reach and counterbalance.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Previous experience as a Warehouse operative· Previous experience of working in a fast growing company· Previous experience of building and maintaining relationships with customers · Excellent level of IT literacy· Enthusiastic· Ability to build constructive working relationships with colleagues· Strong communicator with excellent organisational and time management skills· Ability to think clearly, analyse data and present accurately· Ability to work flexibly and proactively· Committed and reliable.

Working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8.30-5.30 with 1 hour unpaid for lunch. This role is based at Leeming Bar, DL7.
