Electrical Project Manager

Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year

Parkinson Gray Associates have been engaged to act as Recruiting Agent in order to assist our Client with the hiring of an electrically biased Building Services Project Manager.

Our Client is a medium-sized building services Contractor with two locations in the UK. This role is for their West Yorkshire-based office. They are looking for a building services Project Manager to facilitate their expansion within the MEP market.

Based out of their West Yorkshire office, you will be responsible for the profitable delivery of medium to large scale MEP contracts up and down the UK. Projects will range from circa £1-3M. My Client has a heavy workload within logistics and distribution, therefore experience in this sector would be a distinct advantage. You will be Client facing and have the technical skills to deliver a design on-site to exacting standards, within budget, and on time.

We are seeking a highly experienced building services professional for this role, who can demonstrate a proven track record of project delivery at this level. Electrically biased, you should also have a working understanding of your opposite discipline (HVAC building services). My client works as a tier-one contractor whilst on occasions sub-contracting the mechanical services.
