Our client is the UK`s leading operator of purpose built student accommodation. An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Digital Project Manager to join their team on a 12 to 18 month contract basis.
This is the ideal role for a talented website and digital project manager looking to undertake a stimulating and challenging contract with an exciting company and play a vital role in the enhancement of our client’s website redevelopment project.
As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and evolution of an exciting, high-profile website project for our client and the website’s 2.5 million annual visitors.
Rebuilding the usability and functionality of the website from the ground up, you’ll play a key role in every aspect of the project. This will include overseeing initial brand immersion sessions, creating technical documentation and undertaking user testing through to the eventual launch of the new website.
Working with teams across the business, you’ll manage expectations and ensure that production and testing activities are completed within the required deadlines and the finished website is delivered to an exceptional quality.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
– At least two years’ B2C website and digital project management experience working with both in-house and agency teams
– Experience of delivering large scale website redevelopment projects with c£150,000 – £500,000 investment
As a Digital Project Manager, you must possess fantastic communication, leadership and time management skills. Organised and committed, you must also have a calm, collected approach and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively.
Project management qualifications, such as PRINCE2, would be beneficial to your application, as would a working knowledge of web technologies such as Java, HTML, CSS and XML.
