Installation Coordinator

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

This new Installation Coordinator opportunity is to ensure projects are completed on time through accurately aligning the haulage contractors, sub contractor installation engineers, clients and manufacturing so everyone is in full possession of all the details to succeed.

If you can you coordinate and juggle these installation projects for this expanding electro-mechanical engineering business using your organisation, customer service and administration skills as part of a tight-knit team then we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing as the Installation Coordinator:

* The projects are each unique and vary in complexity involving electro-mechanical engineering and the construction industry so subcontractors, suppliers, clients and production are your key stakeholders

Seeing it through to successful commissioning

* Issuing order acknowledgements, method statements and risk assessments requires an eye for detail and a multi-tasking approach within the ISO9001 Quality Management System

* Keeping everyone informed and being able to pre-empt possible issues combined with the skill, tact and tenacity to manage last minute changes is vital

Skills and qualities of the Installation Coordinator:

* Above average organisational abilities to prioritise the work load, an eye for detail coupled with great all round administration, commercial and IT knowledge e.g. MS Office, manufacturing systems

* You will be committed to providing outstanding customer service supporting high-quality product delivery which can change at short notice so a calm and logical approach is essential

* Outstanding communication skills, so confident on the telephone and clear written skills, you’ll be able to influence both internal and external contacts through building and establishing great professional working relationships

* An exceptional sense of humour and determined good nature! Own transport essential due to their beautiful rural location. They are currently installing EV charging points so environmentally aware.
