Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a customer service and export advisor to work for our global client at their Chesterfield site.

You will be joining a team of friendly, hardworking advisors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with export experience who wants a role that encompasses customer service, supply chain and export!

Duties to include:

* Review, input and despatch sales orders, provide and chase export / customs documentation along with responding to all customer logistics requirements

* Ensure that customer enquiries and lead times are progressed and answered in a timely and professional manner

* Coordinate approved transport companies / freight forwarders / hauliers to arrange effective and timely despatch of goods

* Provide all required export documentation for customs

* Despatch customer orders and manage all the associated paperwork and correspondence

* Liaise with internal teams regarding stock availability

* Check haulage invoices

Ideally you will have:

* Previous customer service and export experience

* Knowledge of global export requirements

* Strong communication skills

* The ability to prioritise your own workload
