Leisure and Tourism Lecturer

TeacherActive is working on behalf of an established Further Education College within the Manchester area and is looking for an outstanding Lecturer to join their Travel & Tourism department ASAP.

You will be expected to strive to maintain above average success rates in all areas, using innovation within your teaching and assessing, utilising e-learning opportunities where appropriate. This is a fantastic opportunity to pass your specialist skills on to the next generation of professionals in the Travel & Tourism industry.

Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
– Hold a relevant teaching qualification.
– Have up to date knowledge and experience of the Travel & Tourism industry.
– Have previous experience delivering Travel & Tourism at Level 2.
– Hold a level 3 qualification in specialist area.
– Have proven experience of providing outstanding support for learners.
– Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to student achievement and quality.
