We are now seeking a new Service Manager to lead a brand new service in the heart of Fareham, between Portsmouth and Southampton in Hampshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone that wants to make a tangible impact to people’s life, supporting a good team to provide good support.

Our team are supporting two male adults with complex behavioural support needs who all live in their own flat and are supported 24/7, there is the plan for a 3rd person to move into the service. They all enjoy a variety of activities at home and in the community.

The ideal Service Manager looks like this:

• Has a genuine desire to help, develop and maintain high quality service provision for the people we support in this service appropriate to their assessed needs.
• Has the skills and commitment to coaching and developing a team, with an emphasis on Practice Leadership with to develop and align practice.
• Has Supported Living or experience working in a similar setting.
• Understands the balance between keeping the people safe and positive risk taking.
• Has knowledge of the legal framework that apply in this service.
• Knowledge and basic understanding of the principles of Positive Behaviour Support.
• Level 5 diploma or equivalent experience.
• Hold, or be prepared to work towards a PBS qualification.
• Hold a valid driving licence and has access to own vehicle.
