Junior Account Executive & Account Executive – Med Comms

The Company:

An award winning and growing Medical communications business is looking to expand their team with the hire of a Junior Account Executive and an Account Executive. With offices in Central London the agency operate in conjunction with the group agencies to offer their international client base a full 360 service.

The Opportunity:
Joining as either Junior Account Executive or at Account Executive level you will work across their medical education, medical communication’s and healthcare pr accounts. You’ll be responsible for owning the logistics, administration and day to day account work associate with one of their biggest clients.

• You’ll be responsible for budget updates, invoices and status reports, while learning all you can from the account managers, account directors and group account directors in the team.
• You’ll communicate effectively at all levels, be professional, friendly and eager to learn as many new skills as you can.
• You’ll be able to compose persuasive, credible written communication both internally and externally and you should demonstrate creativity, insight and confidence at all times.

The right candidate.
We’re looking for two people, one at junior Account Executive level and the other at Account Executive level so we’re after a slightly different skill set for both.
At Junior Account Executive Level:
• Ideally you should already have experience (or work experience/internships) from within an agency background.
• You should be academically strong and qualified up to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent.
• You should have strong attention to detail and impeccable interpersonal and listening skills.

At Account Executive Level…

• You will have some commercial experience from within an agency environment, focussing on PR or medical education.
• You must have to have an interest in working within healthcare – we’ll expect to see genuine enthusiasm for the industry.
• You will have exceptional strong verbal and written communication skills and be seen as a logical, confident ‘voice’ to clients and internal stakeholders alike.
• You should have strong attention to detail and exemplary listening skills.
• You’ll hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
