Trainee Goods In – Stock Control

£18k

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

My client is looking to recruit a trainee goods in person. This position is temporary to begin with but can lead to permanent for the right person.

Full Training Given

* To take delivery of goods into Warehouse including unloading and inspection

* Check all goods in an accurate and timely manner, checking for damages, quantities etc

* Update computer system to enable accurate stock levels

* Locate goods in relevant locations in warehouse

* Uploading Supplier Certificates of Analysis

* Generate Goods Receipt Reports

* Maintain clean and tidy Goods In area & warehouse

* Maintaining clients disposal, including removal of stock off shelves and placing in disposal (when required)

* Assisting Lab Technicians & Warehouse Supervisor during holidays, sickness and busy periods

* Creating/updating/printing product labels

* Creating and updating COSHH Reports for all Clients

* Carry out monthly Check and Calibration (if needed) and record findings

* Operating Company and current legislative procedures

* Ensuring high standards of hygiene, tidiness and cleanliness in the lab and warehouse

* Undertake First Aid Responsibilities (if required)

* Monitor and replenish all warehouse & laboratory consumables (when required)

* Create all Courier documents and produce end of day reports
