Stock Control / Dispatch Assistant

We are recruiting for a full time warehouse person to work with our client at Heathfield Industrial Estate, Newton Abbot.
Our client is an internationally recognised producer of bespoke furniture and they are looking for an individual who can join their established team and work with them to maintain the existing high standards and quality service.

This person will hold various responsibilities including maintaining accurate stock records, assisting with purchase orders and inspecting, packing and dispatching complete products. This role will also involve general housekeeping duties around the factory and warehouse floor.

Applicants must ideally;
– Be physically fit enough to undertake some heavy lifting.
– Work with a positive attitude.
– Demonstrate a good level of common sense and initiative.
– Possess an eye for detail.
– Be able to demonstrate strong communication skills.
– Be skilled with numbers and familiar with order processing and dispatch duties.
