Salary: £54,000 – £72,000 per year
Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Plymouth
We are seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager for a position with a Construction Consultancy organisation in the South West.
The role will be based from their Plymouth offices ( subject to covid guidelines) with some home working allowances when the roles are office based again.
Requirements for the Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager – Plymouth
* It is essential that you have Construction consultancy experience for this role ( we are not seeking I.T Project Managers) We will consider candidates with some main contractor experience, as long as they can show some experience with a Consultancy organisation
* A Degree Qualification in a Construction related discipline is essential
* Ideally you will be Chartered MAPM MRICS MCIOB or RIBA
* Experience of NEC for public sector projects, specifically Healthcare projects 5Million +
Salary and Benefits for the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
Salaries will be discussed on a case by case basis, dependent upon experience but you can expect circa £45,000 – £60,000
