Site Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Essex

Shifts: Monday to Friday 7.30am-4pm (8-hour DAY Shift)

Hourly Rate: £16.8per hour (On-going contract)

Due to sustainable growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Facilities Engineer who can support all Electrical and Mechanical maintenance to this newly refurbished, impressive, modern, four-tiered office building, based near Stansted Airport.

You will be joining an established maintenance team to enhance and deliver all planned maintenance schedules, quick responses, and resolutions to reactive tasks on all site equipment. Covering all aspects of electrical systems, emergency lighting, air handling systems, weekly fire alarm tests and ensuring all activities are recorded accurately on the in-house system and all relevant certificates and documentation remain updated to current regulations.

You will have all your supporting certificates to Electrical standards including:

City & Guilds or NVQ Equivalent in Electrical Engineering

18th Edition BS7671 Wiring Regulations (advantageous)

City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing Certificate in Electrical Installations

Also having flexibility to work out of hours to support additional breakdowns if needed.
