An excellent opportunity on offer for a Bilingual candidate looking to join a Global company who are the market leaders in their field, that can offer specialist training and career progression.

Are you fluent in 2 of the following languages: Italian or Spanish or French? Do you have experience of account management?

This company was established over 50 years ago and is the leading manufacturer of Lighting control devices and systems worldwide. The company have innovated the technology for lighting controls and have also led the way with window shade technology.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the companies European customers by providing first class account management to key clienteles. You will handle all customer service, product and account enquiries, processing orders, upselling products, alongside providing quotations to the customer. You will utilise your fluency in Italian, Spanish or French to communicate directly with the European customers.
