General Description: 

Staffing Future builds and maintains and deploys best in class tech-enabled websites and website technology for the Staffing companies throughout the US and UK.

As the Project Manager at Staffing Future, you will work closely with our clients and development team in leading a successful project launch. The Project Manager is responsible for communicating with the client to ensure they are aware of the dues dates and risks of the project as well as communicating with the internal team on due dates. The goal is to provide the best experience for our clients, third-party vendors, designers and developers while providing organization to all parties involved in launching a website. 

Responsibilities:

• Communicates effectively with clients, third-party vendors, designers and developers.

• Delegates tasks to the appropriate team members and follows up to endure those tasks are completed.

• Create Gantt Chart in Hive, set deadlines, monitor project progress, and notify client and internal team of risks from start of project to launch.

• Manage key deliverables from client and internal team.

• Organizes and attends internal and external meetings.

• Takes full ownerships for projects.
