PROJECT MANAGER / CONTRACTS MANAGER
Gloucester
We are seeking a Project Manager / Contracts Manager with significant Highways NEC Option B Contracts experience.
The role will be based in our clients offices on the outskirts of Gloucester. This is a permanent role, we are not seeking freelance candidates.
Requirements for the Project Manager / Contracts Manager
Previous experience of Highways Projects as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager
Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, in particular Option B as well as some knowledge of Section 278 and Section 38 would be desirable.
A Construction related degree qualification
Circa 10+ years experience ( our client are flexible on years of experience, as long as you can show significant understanding of NEC Option B Contracts
The ability to work alone and manage your own projects

A basic salary of £60,000 – £78,000Total Package ( dependent upon experience)
