Mac Support Engineer

ACM Resourcing are currently working with an MSP (Managed Service Provider) who is seeking a Mac Support Engineer to provide IT & Technology support to their clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with Mac and MDM to Apple School Manager. Also understand of device enrolment, PPC and G-Suite.

Role:

This role is for Mac Support Engineer to be based between customers’ sites and our helpdesk.

The job will include deployments, networking, IT maintenance and support tasks, as well as managing relationships with customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

* Monitoring the technical support ticketing system and completing support requests where.

* Escalating more complex support requests to senior engineers.

* Providing telephone and email support to customers.

* Engaging in training opportunities to further develop skills and knowledge in key areas, such as desktop support, networking, deployment, backups and operating systems.

* Installing and configuring hardware and software components at customer sites.

* Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

* Training customers on hardware and software.

Skills:

* Strong experience of Mac environment.

* Good working knowledge of Google’s G Suite.

* Good understanding of Networking and firewall.

* Experience in support and troubleshooting Windows.

* We need someone who is self-motivated and able to take initiative to get tasks.

* Complete and add value to our clients.

* Great interpersonal communication skills.

* A full, clean driving licence and a car are required for this role.
