Salary: £28,800 per year

Logistics Coordinator, Daventry

Hybrid working after training.

Salary £28,800 per annum + 10% Bonus

Supporting the Sales Administration Team with the Logistics side of the Sales cycle

Co-ordinate the sales transactions with customers and internal stakeholders

Arrange international & domestic transportation and delivery to include third party contractors

Prepare and issue Pro-forma and final VAT invoices

Ensure customer payments are made to agreed terms and milestones

Maintain Trello Data for compliance and cross function task co-ordination

Support the Sales Team preparing quotes and sales orders for machines to UK and Republic of Ireland Customers.

Skills required:

Logistics Administration experience

Excellent communication skills/verbally and written

Good MS Office skills. Preference given to those with Oracle or Salesforce experience

Preference given to those with a 2nd language skill – Italian (Not essential)
