Mobile Handyman/Caretaker Kent
My client is a leading FM and Maintenance provider, due to an increased volume of work, they are seeking a mobile handyperson/caretaker to join an already establish team. You will have a proven track record in commercial maintenance, as well as excellent communications skills.
Duties will include all ppm and reactive work, changing locks, door handles, repairing furniture, changing floor and ceiling tiles, deal with basic plumbing, blockages and changing toilet furniture, temp tap test’s, keeping up records, and general fabric duties.
Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
You will be provided with van, pda, uniform, tools etc.
annual salary of is £26,000per year and will be a temp-perm position.
