This is an opportunity to join a global leader in inspection & certification as a permanent member of staff working on long-term asbestos surveying projects. My client offers a strong career path and are keen to develop surveyors through numerous training programmes.
Your Skills & Experience…
– P402 qualified, if you have P403 & P404 as well, this would be useful.
– Significant experience within a UKAS accredited company in conducting unsupervised surveys in a variety of buildings types and sites
– A full UK driving licence is essential
What you will be doing…
– Conducting Management and Refurbishment & Demolition surveys across your region.
– Liaising with clients & travelling to client sites
– Working with a variety of sites across your region.
You will be an effective communicator with an ability to interpret complex technical data and to re-formulate material for a non-technical audience.
Experience of managing Contractors would be a bonus. The vacancy will focus on developing successful long term working arrangements with strong problem solving skills, an eye for detail and able to work effectively under pressure is essential.
