Senior Marketing, Communications & Social Media Manager

The Group is made up of large, iconic, live music and cabaret restaurant venues with an established reputation within in the industry and with customers.

We are looking for two middle – senior managers to oversee the Marketing department. They will run campaigns for weekly evening events, large festivals, one off events to the downright bizarre… Positions would suit someone who enjoys a diverse social media / PR / Marketing role whereby they can be master of it all….

Main Responsibilities:

Inputting timelines to ensure all campaigns run to schedule
Driving PR – local & national campaign as well as reactive media relations activity for the group
Inputting and overseeing weekly social media schedule for all accounts, ensure targets are hit each month
Creating campaigns across social media platforms for events and venues
Creating, organising and overseeing Press events for the group
Work closely with the Sales team on reactive campaigns when low performance requires so
Construct quarterly budgets and plan advertising spend
Managing training and development of the team
Utilise database marketing effectively via storing and collation of email addresses, engaging content
Copywriting and content management of websites
Digital marketing – SEO, PPC
Daily analytics and reporting on ongoing and future projectsRequirements:

Several years of experience within a Marketing
/PR team in a large company
Experience in the leisure / entertainment industry
Good communication skills and the ability to work alongside several teams across seven different venues.
Have a track record of increasing Social Media followers across several different accounts and platforms
Creative and able to sync with current and emerging industry and cultural trendsIf you are sociable, ambitious, excitable, passionate, flexible, eloquent and driven – we want to hear from you!
