1st and 2nd Line Support

Hollyfield Personnelare on the lookout for a Customer Orientated individual with a background in 1st/2nd Line Support, to join their lovely Client’s Office Team based in Lichfield.

The Job Description:

• Providing 1st and 2nd Line Support for Client and Head Office Locations across the UK
• Ensuring all support calls are responded to within the target response time
• Escalate any business critical issues immediately
• Providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring the IT Manager is aware of any issues that have not been resolved and give estimations on expected time resolution
• Ensuring customer complaints are kept to a minimum

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience within 1st Line support
• Experience of Numara and Track-IT
• Experience liaising with Managers

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30am

Salary: 19,000-22,000 per annum
