Customer Service Appointment Setter

We are currently looking for a temporary Customer Service Telephone Appointer to join a expanding distrubution business in the Horsham area

The Role:

To carry out and maintain full market research to gain quality data

*
To collect, review and introduce new data into the company CRM system

*
To review existing data and to correct or update to ensure information is current at all times

*
To verify information from purchased data before issuing to the field

*
To cleanse new data against our existing customer base before issuing to the field

*
To maintain accurate records for all data

*
To allocate data to the Sales team based on areas

*
Monitor updates from the Sales team on a weekly basis and ensure all information is up to date

*
Allocate telephone and web leads based on Sales areas

*
Manage existing over £100 customer visits allocated to the CSM’s in line with the company CSM plan

*
Manage existing cross sell/upsell customer visits allocated to the CSM’s in line with the company CSM plan
