Development Team Lead

We are looking for a Development Team lead to build a new squad for a FinTech organisation on a mission to create scalable Azure-based solutions to reduce complexity within multiple new products.
The company is going through a continued period of growth looking to add the first of its additional squad. As a team lead you will work closely with the head of Development defining product roadmaps, the right tool kits, mentoring to keep standards high whilst leading from the front cutting the cleanest code around!
Your passion for doing things the right way, following strong OO principles such as SOLID / TDD should shine through in your work. They are mature in terms of Automation / DevOps environment with the capability to released multiple times a week but only do so if the quality is there.
As we continue their growth throughout 2021, this position will naturally lead to a Senior leadership position such as Development manager within a tight nit Tech team.

* C#.NET Core
* Azure (AWS considered)
* Azure DevOps
* React (Vue considered)
* SOLID / TDD / Unit Testing
* Mentoring juniors
* Defining product roadmaps
* Tooling selection
The position is Remote but you will be required in the Manchester office a handful of times a month. With a large number of their Senior stakeholders starting off lower down the chain of command they have a brilliant reputation for developing skillsets via peer training, additional courses and external mentoring.
They like to be creative, use the right tools, experiment, fail fast and learn quickly. A truly autonomous position that will see your career developed further as you grow your own teams.
