Warehouse Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our client based near Belvedere for a permanent Position.

Please note the shifts that ideally would be 11am to 9pm with 1 hour lunch

The role includes;
• Staffing including recruitment, rotas and shifts
• Coaching. motivating and reviews for staff
• Regular individual and team staff meeting
• Goods inwards
• Stock Management and control (stock takes) ensuring efficient space utilizstion
• Picking, Packing and dispatch
• Print room and trade counter
• Implementing and monitoring reporting and KPI’s
• Health and Safety

• Interpersonal skills
• Good IT skills and experience using systems
• Accuracy and attention to important details
• Implement improvements in systems
• Aware of the needs of customers and the company
