Founded in 2006, Lancaster & Duke are a boutique, headhunting recruitment consultancy based in Leicestershire. We are recruitment specialists, servicing the Property, Facilities Management, Construction, Building Services and Engineering industries.

We’re not quite on Google’s level just yet but we are very open minded when it comes to creating a happy working environment and we’re always open to hearing new ideas on making the work place better.

The Role

The ideal person will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant, preferably within one of the above sectors, however if you can recruit, you can recruit!

We could consider taking someone on for 2 types of roles:

• A full 360 role where you would be generating new business and sourcing and placing candidates.

Or

• A Resourcing role where you will be sourcing and placing candidates into vacancies provided by the business.

By coming to work with us you will be given the opportunity of working as a preferred supplier to some of the UK’s most well-known brands. You will be recruiting throughout the UK working with clients and candidates of all levels.

The Person

• You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will be capable of relationship building at any level.

• You will be a naturally positive individual with the determination to succeed and work through challenges.

• To have the capacity to manage your own time and work load effectively when under pressure is essential.

• We are looking for money driven individuals who have a desire to achieve acclaim and financial rewards.
